The Hummingbird

Pam Isaak is a highly entrepreneurial professional specializing in marketing, communications and community relations support for SMEs and not-for-profits. Over her career to date, Pam has held positions in marketing, communications, fund development, event management and community engagement at the local and national level.

Pam has been fortunate to teach part time in the Faculty of Business at Niagara College for over five years. Instilling her passion for all things community and marketing, Pam challenges her students to become curious about marketing messages, consider ethics in decision making, discover their hidden creative genius and boldly follow their business passion.

Pam is a dedicated freelance professional who maintains office hours weekdays from 9am until 2pm, with the flexibility and tools to support distance relationships and flexible communication in the evenings and on weekends.

Pam is a Niagara 40 under 40 leadership award winner (2017), alumni of the Leadership Niagara program (2012), two-time GWEn conference speaker and serves as a board director for Powerhouse Project - Young Carers Initiative. Pam resides in St. Catharines with her husband of thirteen years, her three energetic children and her two crazy dogs.

In early 2012, Pam left her seven year career in marketing and communications to follow her heart and pursue her favourite job title, Mama. Little did she know she'd become an incredibly busy work-at-home mother, and face a childhood cancer journey with her then five year old daughter.
